Deposit/Cancellation Policy Agreement *

The salon requests 48 hours notice for changes to your appointment.  All new color clients must schedule a consultation and pay a deposit in person to reserve their appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you lose your deposit. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show are subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. Timing for Balayage and corrective color vary greatly. You may be asked to reserve with a deposit of $50 to be applied toward your service.
