I’ve been having a lot of difficulty with emails disappearing into the void. Add my emails BethanyPontier@charmcultcraft.com, Bgpontier@gmail.com, Bethany@charmcultcraft.com, to your contacts to avoid responses going into your Spam folder.

Wait time for a haircut appointment is usually 2 weeks out. Typical color wait time bookings are 6 weeks out.

CCC is a singular, woman-owned business. Email is always the best way to contact me with appointment requests and general questions. Texting is reserved for emergencies and short-notice notifications. I am not available to answer nor return Phone calls.

Response times during business hours may be slow due to clients in the salon. Response in off hours is cut off at 8:30pm. Operating as a boutique salon to cater to each client’s needs as much as possible.

All new color clients to book a free consultation with me via email.

Cancellation and Late Policy:

Email Bethany@charmcultcraft.com as soon as possible. The most notice possible, means I may be able to find you another time/day and may be able to fill your appointment with someone else.

Cancellations/changes/edits with 24 hours or less notice of your appointment time are subject to a fee of up to 50% of scheduled services. You will be sent an invoice to be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

Sickness: Please notify me as soon as possible if you are sick and consider rescheduling.

Please be Prompt and aim to be 5 minutes early to get settled. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may need to reschedule and are therefore subject to a fee of up to 50% of your scheduled services.

Masking: For the health and safety for all, especially those who are immune-compromised; I request we both wear a mask if you may have been exposed to someone sick or are experiencing minor symptoms of any air-born ailment. I am now giving each individual the option to mask or not. If you do, I will as well.

Payment accepted Credit Card , Venmo, and Zelle. CCC is a cashless business.

Food and drink will be permitted in designated areas and only when social distancing is possible.

Color lines are primarily Davines and Pravana. Professional Styling Products used are Davines, Pravana, and Alurum.

Pre-Booked Appointments always take top priority.

Walk-in clients may be asked to leave their email and be contacted later that day to schedule.

Saturdays are reserved for pre-booked appointments only. No “NEW” client appointments available on Saturdays.

Surge pricing is a $50 pre-payment, paid at time of scheduling, for all color and/or haircut appointments 5:15pm or later on weeknights and 1pm or later on Saturdays. This is $50, non-refundable payment even if the appointment is cancelled/altered, in addition to normal pricing of scheduled services. One exception is if the stylist has to reschedule/cancel/delay appointment for any reason.

i.e. Its a lovely day on the 5th of May 2027. A Client schedules a 60 minute haircut ($65) and a 1 hour highlight ($125) for a Saturday at 1pm on May 15th 2027. That client pays $50 on May 5th via credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. This is a cashless business. On the day of the appointment, May 15th, the client pays $160 for their services.

Parking is available on the street on Harford Road and side streets

Location is on the Main Street of Hamilton/Lauraville where there are many other lovely independent shops, food establishments, etc.
